As you may be aware, the office was hit by the dreaded Covid and it has taken Sue and Kerryn a little time to get on top of the backlog, as their being ill happened at the worst possible time (of course), during renewals. Now that they are almost back on track, we need to ask for your patience again, as Sue is now going on holiday, returning on 11 May. Kerryn will be doing her best to keep everything up to date and she will respond to your emails and phone messages. Thank you again, for your continued patience.
