The First Quarter Results of the 2023-2024 Leagues
Ryders Farm have shot into the lead due to their innovative business model that uses the rosette awards to great effect. If you want to find out about different ways to incorporate these at your centre, please telephone the office.
South Weylands have run a huge series of tests to take them into the lead. That must have been a considerable organisational task!
Stourport are a firm leader this quarter, although many of their tests were actually completed in previous quarters – they are included when they are received by us. Chelmsford have made a superb start to the year with 5 people already getting their ECA Entry Level certificates.
Remember you get a certificate and a badge for these. If you have clients who have completed these previously and would like a badge, please contact the office. They are £2.00 including the postage.

The test leagues allow all our centres to compete to see who can complete the most Equestrian Care Awards, Progressive Tests or Rosette Awards in Stable Management and Equitation over the course of a year.
There is a regular table of results for both leagues, with the eventual top two receiving certificates for 1st and 2nd places.
| How do they work?
The Test league is based upon the number of successful ABRS+ Progressive Rider Tests, Equestrian Care Awards or Rosette Awards completed by each centre in both the Stable Management and Equitation tests. These tests allow riders to develop their riding and handling skills in a structured manner. Find out more by clicking the links above.
You can download the syllabi for the tests, and order rosettes and other test resources in the Member Area
| Get Involved
If you are a licensed riding school member and have never offered the tests, it’s easy to do! You can find more details in the Member Area, or Contact the ABRS+ Office with any questions. We also run webinars where you can ask questions.
At present, the ability to offer tests and rosette awards are only open to Approved Riding Centre members. We are currently considering options for Certified and Approved livery yard members to be able to offer the tests and rosette awards under certain conditions.
