To comply with employment law and to run your business efficient and fairly, you require business policies and procedures.  These will allow you to:

• Set out the standard of conduct that you expect from staff and volunteers
• Provides guidance on how to handle normal staff issues
• Ensure that employed staff are treated fairly

The EEA offer support and guidance on all aspects of employment, health and safety and business management.
