Set in the Surrey countryside on Aldershot Road, Guildford, Littlefield Manor Riding School is a friendly, independent riding school dedicated to helping riders of all ages develop their skills and confidence in a welcoming and supportive environment. The school caters for both children (from age six) and adults, providing a relaxed atmosphere where riders can learn at their own pace and enjoy building a positive partnership with horses.
Littlefield Manor offers a range of riding opportunities including individual and group lessons, jumping instruction, hacking and pony parties. Riders can also enjoy pony days and, when weather and ground conditions allow, on-farm hacking. Lessons are tailored to suit different levels of experience, from complete beginners taking their first steps in the saddle through to riders looking to improve their confidence, balance and technique.
The school’s ethos centres on grassroots riding, accessibility and encouragement. The team believes that every rider should feel supported and able to progress in a safe, enjoyable environment. Confidence-building is a key focus, with patient instruction designed to help both children and adults develop their skills while gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation of horses and horsemanship.
As an ABRS+ Approved Riding Establishment, Littlefield Manor Riding School is committed to maintaining high standards of rider safety, horse welfare and customer care. Whether riders are looking to learn the basics, enjoy recreational riding or build confidence in the saddle, the school provides a welcoming setting in which to enjoy the many benefits of riding.
