Horse Care Apprenticeships – Scotland

The Scottish Racing Academy (SRA) are offering the L5&6 apprenticeships in horse care, in partnership with BHSQ.  More details of the qualifications can be found here:

The individual would be employed by the equestrian centre; this can either be a current member of staff or the SRA are happy to work to provide a matching service for learners and centre. The employee completes their “normal duties” 80% of the times and the other 20% should be developing skills and learning either on the yard, completing online learning or attending industry events by agreement with the employer.

The Webinar will provide an opportunity for Equestrian Centres to hear more on the Apprenticeships and have an opportunity to ask the SRA questions to clarify understanding.
