Annual General Meeting for the year ending 31 March 2023 

The AGM will take place on Monday 11 December 2023 at 6.00 pm

This event will be held online via Zoom and joining instructions will be sent separately, closer to the time.

We hope this will enable as many people as possible to attend regardless of their location.  Attendance is not only for the AGM, but also to serve as a contact point for our members and trustees to be updated on the ABRS+ work over the last 12 months and what we have planned going forwards.

Members have the right to appoint a Proxy under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 22.

There are three ways to vote:

• Appoint a Proxy using the Proxy Form and post to the head office address above.
• Appoint a Proxy using the Proxy Form and send a scan or photograph by email to office@abrs-info.org.
• Attend the AGM via a Zoom link and vote in person.

If you will be attending the AGM in person, we would be grateful if you could let us know by email or telephone.

There will be an opportunity for virtual networking after the conclusion of the Meeting.
