Olympic Success for Equestrian Team GB

The British equestrian team at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics have had fantastic results, beating the medal haul from London 2012.

Winning the first Team Gold in eventing for 49 years, and terrific results in the dressage and showjumping too, this is a fantastic result for the sport, and a huge congratulations to not only the riders, but the whole of Team GB that deal with the coaching, equestrian care and team support, and the huge task it is transporting the horses across the world, even more so in these difficult times.

Dressage:

Team: Bronze– Charlotte DuJardin (Gio), Charlotte Fry (Everdale) and Carl Hester (En Vogue)

Individual: Bronze– Charlotte DuJardin (Gio)

Eventing:

Team: Gold– Tom McEwan (Toledo De Kerser), Laura Collett (London 52) and Oliver Townend (Ballaghmor Class)

Individual: Silver– Tom McEwan (Toledo De Kerser)

Show Jumping:

Individual: Gold– Ben Maher (Explosion W)
