The Association of British Riding Schools+ is a registered charity, the UK’s only organisation that focuses solely on supporting and promoting the interests of professional proprietors of equestrian establishments.
We are looking for a Membership Manager, based at our office near Horsham, West Sussex to lead our service delivery supported by the Membership Support & Finance Officer and enjoy interaction with Members:
The ABRS+ offers a wide variety of membership services and the successful candidate should be able to enjoy the variety of this challenge. The role is supported by the Membership Support Officer, the Membership Assistant and liaises with the Development Manager and Training Manager.
To be successful candidates should have a customer service orientation, team leadership and organisational skills, and effective IT literacy. Any marketing, sales, customer service and/or a professional equestrian/sporting background preferred. Contracts either employment or freelance basis.
