Bring the excitement of Horseball to your yard

Posted on 7th November 2018

Join us next Monday, 12thNovember for a day of education and enlightenment; we start the day at 12.30 with lunch, an ideal opportunity to meet like minded proprietors and ABRS Trustees to discuss the future trends and current issues of the sport.

After lunch, Lucy Katan from the Equestrian Employers Association will be talking about the business and HR tools the EEA offer and how they can help you become a smart employer and ultimately save you money – as a member fo the ABRS these tools are freely available to you.

The highlight of the day will be the demonstration given by Jim Copeland from the Horseball Association; using some of Moor Farm’s horses as guinea pigs, Jim will show us how Horseball is relevant to riding schools, how it can incentivise teenage riders and how ordinary school horses can be incorporated into the game.

Following the demonstration, Peter Smith from The M Group Chartered Accountants will discuss how you can get your taxes online in 2019.

The AGM starts at 4pm and will be followed at 4.30pm by another chance to meet with old friends and new acquaintances over cream tea and prosecco.

The event is FOC and all are welcome, however to ensure we cater for the correct numbers, please register your interest with the office by phoning 01403 790294 or emailing
