Horse Haven Riding School ABRS Approved

Welcome to Horse Haven Riding School who provide one of the widest ranges of services and facilities for horses, ponies and riders of all ages and experience. We are situated on our own 200 acres of scenic countryside.

Horse Haven Riding School is approximately a 10 minute drive from Glasgow and 15 minutes Stirling. We offer tranquillity and freedom from the everyday flurry and commotion of the city life. Our facilities are currently in on-going development and we offer a comprehensive range of Stabling for Livery.

At Horse Haven we offer a variety of disciplines, from basic riding for the complete novice through to advanced riding, jumping and dressage. Standards set here are of the highest calibre, in teaching and safety where due attention is given to each individual's needs.

A friendly happy family atmosphere is what we have. The Staff and Volunteers who man the stables are all and have been very carefully chosen. Like the Horses and Ponies, each has been carefully chosen to meet the needs of many individuals.

Careful onsite assessment is given to each individual from the beginning to give us an idea of just how skilful you are, and then we can appropriately place you into the right class of skill level.

Lessons are conducted on a very personal basis with no more than 6 pupils (with 1 reserve) at any one time in a group lesson. This means a more defined and precise lesson to the customer.

All Horse Haven Instructors have qualifications ranging from UKCC Coaching, ABRS, BHS Trek Leader, BHS Stages and BHS AIs and we have on staff a full time BHS II who is available upon request.
